We work extremely hard with investing an immense amount of money, time, and energy into our dogs to prove they are worth breeding. Each dog is held to high standards on temperament and structure. We care about every single one of our puppies and therefore we have strict polices, contracts and health guarantees that each puppy is sold with. We will highlight here our most important polices of purchasing a Marbany Kennels puppy; we also have made our Health guarantee and other contracts public to view before you commit to becoming part of the Marbany Family.

 

• First ALL puppies will be sold on the contracts we have below. These contracts have been reviewed by our lawyers and if there is a breech in these contracts, we have all rights to pursue legal action. If you are not willing to sign and abide by our contracts, please move on to another breeder.

 

• We register ALL puppies ourselves with a pre-approved registered name. We do this to keep our puppies names appropriate; to keep ours' and our puppy families reputation intact and to make sure our kennel name remains on the puppy. A bad registration name on a dog not only makes a dog look bad but it looks even worst on the owners and the breeders along with the pedigree.

 

• Families who are intending to do show or performance with our puppies get priority over pet homes. This means that any deposits placed for a show home will get first picks over pet home regardless of order of deposit. We do this because we are not breeding “Just Pets”. While being only a pet does not lower the value, quality or the love you’ll have for the puppy; our goal to produce well rounded dogs who can do the work they were originally intended for by the founder of this amazing breed.

 

• Puppies being sold to show families will be sold on Co-Ownerships until their Championship Title and Health testing requirements are met. Once the requirements are met, we will transfer over full ownership and breeding rights

 

• Puppies sold on pet contracts only will be sold on a Spay/neuter contract that require the puppy to be spayed or neutered by 18 to 24 months of age. Pet families are expected to prevent the dog from breeding until the time he or she is altered. If the dog is bred from; the family will be held responsible and Marbany Kennels have all rights to pursue legal action for breech of contract.

• Puppies placed with pet families will not receive their AKC registration until we are mailed proof of the spay or neutering with the Vet’s letterhead on the documents.

​

• We absolutely do not place more than one puppy with a family at the same time, we also will not place a puppy with a family that already has a puppy of similar age or plans to bring another puppy home within a year of the puppy from us. This is to help prevent any of our puppies from developing what is called Littermate Syndrome. This is can cause serious behavioral problems and can be very expensive and difficult for families to deal with.
